Delicious, Pumpkin Soup Low in calories and with many Nutrients!
Recipe:
-2 cups of chicken broth
-Half pumpkin (Previously Baked for 40 min at 375 degrees)
-Pinch of Himalayan Salt
-Garlic
-Dill
-Green onion
Preparation: When the pumpkin is cooked, take it to the blender with a little of the broth and add 1 garlic, a touch of dill, chives, salt. Blend and serve with a touch of cilantro to taste.
