- Weekly meal planning is key, it keeps you focused
- create a fixed space in your schedule for shopping and preparation
- Cook with the intention of love and in quantity (you save time).
- Avoid in your purchase foods that are not in line with your goal (sugars, flour, canned).
- Include fruits and superfoods in your breakfast and vegetables in your lunch and dinner.
- Include medicinal mushrooms in your smoothies, tea or coffee.
