Keys to Mindful Eating

 

 

  • Weekly meal planning is key, it keeps you focused

 

  • create a fixed space in your schedule for shopping and preparation

 

  • Cook with the intention of love and in quantity (you save time).

 

  • Avoid in your purchase foods that are not in line with your goal (sugars, flour, canned).

 

  • Include fruits and superfoods in your breakfast and vegetables in your lunch and dinner.

 

  • Include medicinal mushrooms in your smoothies, tea or coffee.


Note: if any food swells you or makes you feel heavy, it is a sign that your body does not like it, it does not matter if it is healthy: listen to your body

Food can make us sick or heal us, choose the ones that heal you, live consciously!
